Citywide Pedestrian Safety Improvements

UPC 112759, U000-122-407, STP-5A03(957). This project is a state and federally funded project utilizing Urban funding. The project will provide pedestrian improvements along a section of Military Highway and at select intersections throughout Norfolk. Work will include concrete sidewalk, drainage system modifications, curb and gutter, curb ramps, pedestrian signals, tree removal, landscaping, and other associated items.
