The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Networks Section, PL8231, 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225 intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of fiber, equipment(including Ciena 6500 equipment) and services, and operations and maintenance support in commercial fiber facilities to connect Fort Sill, OK to Stratford, TX to support Department of Defense users in the Continental United States.This procurement will be in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.Requirement will be awarded as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
