Solicitation Documents: The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Documents will only be available electronically to download from this website on or about April 21, 2017.
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation and materials for the replacement of roofing and gutters on five residences at the Oak Bottom Compound on the Ukonom Ranger District. The work shall include the removal and replacement of the existing roof cover, gutters and downspouts. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the installation of new roof deck, fascia, rakes, roof underlayment, flashings, roof jacks, ridge cap, attic vents, metal
roofing, gutters and downspouts. The Contractor shall verify all existing conditions prior to the beginning of work.
Location: The project is located at Oak Bottom Compound near Somes Bar, California. The Oak Bottom Compound is on the Ukonom Ranger District, Klamath National Forest. The Ukonom Ranger District is administered by the Six Rivers National Forest.
Price Range: $25,000 - $100,000
Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business
