NASPO Public Safety Communications Products, Services and Solutions

Effective 1/1/2022, this NASPO
Public
Safety Communications Products, Services, and Solutions Contract replaces the
expired Public Safety Communications Contract #505ENT-O16-SAFETYCOMM-00.
 
The
scope of this contract includes
various public safety
communications equipment such as single-band, multi-band portable radios,
mobile radios, desktop radios, repeaters, dispatch consoles, towers, networks,
indoor and outdoor solutions.

Purchasing Entities which may have mandatory contracts, and are considering use
of this contract, first obtain a written waiver. It is strongly recommended
that Purchasing Entities ask for and negotiate lower pricing as applicable.

Public Safety Communications Products, Services, and Solutions Contractis not

restrictions, and exclusions. For the above listed Contractors, the State of
Wisconsin’s Participating Addendums remain in effect and co-terminus with the
State of Washington’s Term (which expires on 12/31/2026). The software license
agreement and/or End-User License Agreement (EULA) terms available under this
Participating Addendum were not reviewed by the Participating State at the time
of Participating Addendum signing. Each Purchasing Entity shall determine if
such terms should be reviewed prior to purchase.
