Special Requirements and bidding Information: Pocahontas County, Grant / Lincoln Township, T-91N-R33W/32W, Sect 31 & 36. Project Location: Mile Marker 81.16 and Station 216+80+/-. Project Overview: The scope of the project is to provide a 120-feet, 10-inch tile crossing along IA 4 from right-of-way to right-of-way. One

landowner owns each side of the IA 4. Landowner has pattern tiled his property and requires a tile crossing to connect to two drainage tiles. The method of installation will be trenchless installation on IDOT right-of-way, with bore pits placed outside of state right-of-way. New inspection tubes will be placed at right-of-way line as per Road Standard DR-302. The depth of installation is approximately 5-feet. DOT estimated start date is to begin after bid award with completion by June 28, 2024.
