The Consultant will act as the Project’s primary Consultant responsible for design and engineering services required for securing approved engineered improvement plans, permits, bid documents, technical specifications, construction documents, construction observation, and other services associated with the renovation of Patterson Park and El Dorado Park. Other Details To ensure fairness and avoid misunderstandings, all communications (i.e. questions and requests for clarifications) must be in written format and submitted via “Q&A” through the City’s Electronic Bidding System, PlanetBids Vendor Portal prior to the Q&A cutoff date and time of February 15, 2023 at 2:00 PM, PST. Any communications, whether written or verbal, with any City Councilmember, the Honorable Mayor, or City staff other than the individual indicated herein, prior to award of a contract by City Council, is strictly prohibited.
