The work covered in this agreement can be summarized as follow: General Painting Ad –hoc requests (i.e. painting of waterproofing products) General painting and other artisans’ skills are required as part of the repairs to general buildings, and the Contractor shall make provision for this to reinstate the repair to its original status.
