AEA Purchasing is an independent, tax-exempt, nonprofit institution supporting the mission of the Iowa Area Education Agencies. The Consortium’s primary function is to provide a voluntary purchasing program for K-12 schools by bringing all statewide school purchasing programs under one legal entity and one fiscal management group. AEA Purchasing purchases allow AEA Purchasing members to take advantage of aggressive pricing based on the purchasing volume of many Iowa clients. Iowa AEA’s currently serve both public and private K-12 public school districts representing over 514,000 students.
This RFP is to establish firm pricing for the Iowa Association of School Librarians 2020-2021 Book Award Sets for AEA Purchasing Members to purchase.
The bid response must be submitted via Public Purchase, see URL below. Any TSB that is interested in this bid opportunity must email the Issuing Officer to receive the bid documents prior to the release in Public Purchase on October 10, 2019. After 10/10/19, the documents must be accessed via Public Purchase and all responses must be submitted via Public Purchase. Vendors do not have to pay to respond to bid opportunities.
