RFP #23-02 - Request for Proposals for Retirement Plan Administration and Record Keeping Services

The City of Yuba City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide retirement plan administration, record keeping, education, communications, investment-related, and other services for the 457(b) Deferred Compensation and Retirement Health Savings Plans. The deadline for receiving requests for interpretation and questions related to this RFP is 1/10/2023 at 4:00pm Pacific Time . Interpretations, clarifications, modifications, and/or supplemental instructions will be emailed to those Proposing Firms that have been recorded as receiving the RFP document directly from the City Consultant, and also distributed through Public Purchase. All communications with the Committee and/or City regarding this RFP shall be with the Hyas Group. Proposing Firms are prohibited from contacting anyone, including the City, Legislature, City leadership, and other Committee and/or City consultants. Any unauthorized contact related to this RFP is not permitted and any breach of this provision or any excessive inquiries of Committee members and/or City staff members is prohibited. For purposes of addressing questions or clarifications concerning this RFP, the Designated Point of Contact will be the Committee’s Consultant at the Hyas Group as noted
