The City of San Antonio Metropolitan Health District (Metro Health) seeks to solicit responses from pharmacy wholesale distributors qualified and experienced in the sale of Health Resource Services Agency (HRSA) 340B Drug Pricing Program drugs. Additionally, experience with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) HIV Medication program (also known as ADAP) drugs is preferred. Wholesale distributors should have experience managing virtual inventory system(s) for HRSA’s 340B Drug Pricing Program and/or the Texas DSHS HIV Medication Program. City is a covered entity for HRSA’s 340B Drug Pricing Program drugs as defined in the 340B Drug Pricing Program (42USC 256b).
