Services include Information Technology(IT)/Communication Systems Management Support, Office Administration, Facilities ManagementSupport, Human Resources Management Support, Schriever Air Force Base (SAFB) Facilities Support,and SAFB Administrative Support. The current infrastructure support contract with InfinityEngineering, LLC, FA8823-13-C-0013, expires 31 Aug 2018.Support provided consists of highly specialized Information Technology/Communication backing toinclude help desk support; operation and maintenance of information technology resources forSIPRNET and NIPRNET; cybersecurity; management, configuration, and installation of all associatedequipment; and network cabling infrastructure support. The Government is finalizing release of aSolicitation for competitive bids on the GSA Oasis Small Business Schedule Contract and recognizesthat there are other companies capable of satisfying this requirement. Due to delays in releasingthe solicitation, a bridge contract is necessary to ensure no break in services. Any break inservices would cause significant harm to the current operations identified above and would createunacceptable delays in fulfilling the agencies requirements in accordance with FAR6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B).
