This Project, when completed, will help the State of California meet electric load constraints exasperated by renewable energy systems and be controlled by the California Independent System Operator (CAISO). There are documents that are labeled CII and designated as Critical Infrastructure Information (CII) and protected by a password. You will not be able to open this file until the attached Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) form is signed and returned.
