To qualify, bidders must demonstrate it has sufficient resources and a qualified team of in-house staff or subcontractors with a proven record of performing large projects on time. The bidder shall have sufficient capacity and resources to manage, manufacture, construct, install and maintain a project of this type and the size as described by the drawings and specifications. The bidder must demonstrate through satisfactory references and project examples that it and any of its carried subcontractors have proven experience and qualifications in the type of work identified for all aspects of the project. References and project examples must show proven and built.
