The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Army Geospatial Center (AGC), Systems Acquisition Support Directorate (SASD), Alexandria, Virginia is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities and experience to provide professional services for Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) products/software.All personnel shall have at least a Tier 1 Investigation completed. Key personnel shall possess a SECRET clearance but have key personnel available immediately who have a TOP SECRET clearance, and be eligible for SCI adjudication on the start date of a period of performance per the needs of each call.Response Format: Responses to this Sources Sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
