PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE -70Z08318BPCR00600Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for DEMOLISH GSK/STORAGE BUILDING 2 AND FUEL TANK AT USCG REMOTE TRANSMITTER FACILITY PUNGO, VA.Major areas of work include: Perform an asbestos survey of the building prior to demolition. Provide all applicable documentation for asbestos, survey, results and manifests. Conduct a TCLP test to determine if lead paint materials can be disposed of as normal construction debris. Demolish the GSK/Storage building and dispose of the debris to a certified landfill. Demolition shall remove the building in its entirety, including roof, walls, windows, doors, foundation, and slabs. Remove associated GSK building septic tank, sidewalks, concrete pads and miscellaneous features. Disconnect and cap off all utilities pertaining to the building and water tank. Provide backfill and topsoil for all excavated and disturbed areas. Removal of asbestos and fuel tank.The contractor
