20-24 Operator for Demand Response Services

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County), acting as the Community Transportation Coordinator (CTC), is requesting proposals from qualified Operators for Demand Response Services, including but not limited to demand response and other coordinated transportation services required by the Bay County Transportation Disadvantaged (BCTD) Plan https://www.ecrc.org/programs/transportation_planning/transportation_disadvantaged_(td)/bay_td.php. The CTC continues to experience growth in ridership and perceives the need for Demand Response Services to be of the utmost importance. SEALED PROPOSALS for RFP NO: 20-24 Operator for Demand Response Services will be received by the CTC at the Bay County Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 2:00 PM CST, Tuesday, February 11, 2020. Proposals will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the Proposal is received on time. Each Proposal shall be delivered to the Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department, at 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401, no later than the submittal deadline.
