The City of Pittsburg desires to operate a high-quality, state-of-the-art facility that is competitive in the industry and attracts a diverse event activity including, but not limited to entertainment, performing and cultural events. It is the City’s intention that the Theatre be operated in a professional and fiscally responsible manner consistent with industry best practices and with all applicable laws and ordinances. To be considered for potential selection for theatre management and operation services, interested firms must submit one (1) copy of their response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) including all items described under Submittal Requirements and Qualifications. The attached RFQ provides details of the requirements including qualification criteria and application and review process.
