Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value)The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires hull repair and re-coating of two (2) each 28 foot mono-hull dive boats assigned to NOAA Ship Thomas Jefferson.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-23-00271 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ).(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-08.(iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336611, Ship Repair; the small business size standard is 1,250 Employees.(v) Line
