Purpose and Description of Services.
One-time Landscape Cleanup service, Weekly Landscape Maintenance Services, and Yearly Landscape Maintenance Services for the San Mateo DMV field office.
Term: 6/1/2022 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through 5/31/2025. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.
Estimated total cost $64,332.00
Bidder Qualifications.
The bidder shall possess a valid C27 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). All subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize to perform landscape maintenance services under the contract shall possess a valid C27 contractor license issued by the CSLB. The bidder¿s contractor license number shall be indicated on the Bid/Bidder Certification Sheet (Attachment 1).
The names of all subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize and their contractor license number shall be indicated on the Bidder Declaration & Subcontractor/Supplier List (Attachment 4). All bidder and subcontractor contractor licenses shall be in good standing from the time of the bid opening through the term of the contract.
