Scope of Work Work to be performed includes:
1. Provide a dedicated VAV, with thermostat, for City Clerk’s office room 123. Integrate new VAV into existing control system. Control system to include Command Position of VAV and Actual Position of VAV reported via feedback loop.
2. Reduce the airflow to conference room 127
3. Modify the airflow flow to rooms 114 and 132.
4. Relocate all temperature sensors to zones served by associated VAV as per contract drawing.
5. Relocate existing supply diffusers within production room 130 for better air distribution.
6. Install control mechanism for existing VAV Bypass box and integrate with control system. Control system to include Command Position of VAV and Actual Position of VAV reported via feedback loop.
7. Modify control sequence of operation to include Bypass box. Contractor MUST use Trane US Inc. for control programming.
8. Perform Test and Balance to achieve desired air flows as per contract drawing.
