4 December 2020The final responses to the quetions received have been published to this RFI.  Pleaes note there is an external document that answers question #30.As a matter of administration, I would like to confirm that the response date for this RFI is 14 December 2020.  The PDF document was not updated to save industry from having to complete a new form as a result of this change.(end)3 December 2020The due date for this RFI has been extended to 14 December 2020.(end)2 December 2020The first release of the Questions and Responses have been published to this RFI.  There are two technical questions remaining, these questions will be provided in a second relase onto this RFI in the near future.An RFI response extension is not contemplated at this time.(new)It was brought to my attention that the Project 1, 2, and 3 fields of the PDF document only typed a single, long line, of text.  I have attached an updated PDF which corrects this issue.(end)30 October 2020The DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY
(DHA) is issuing this Request For Information (RFI) as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the experience with, implementing an enhanced medical Supply Chain Management model. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541614 Logistics Consulting Services.There is no solicitation at this time. This RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP). Submission of any information in response to this RFI is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any information or costs incurred. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party’s expense.
