NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a sole source purchase order to Nemont Telephone Co-Op. Nemont Telephone Co-Op will be providing Cisco VoIP telephone services for the Yellowtail Field Office located in the Missouri Basin Region.This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated award date is January 30th, 2024. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is January 18th, 2024, at 4 pm Mountain Standard Time.A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
