Bid #23-0227 - Downar Bird Farm Pen Rebuild

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement, will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. MDT on October 25, 2022 , online at Public Purchase for the Wyoming Game & Fish Department's Downar Bird Farm Pen Rebuild near Yoder, Wyoming. Project Description : The Wyoming Game & Fish Department (WGFD) is seeking a quote to remove and replace one perimeter side, some interior posts, and the top wire of a pheasant flight pen at the Downar Bird Farm near Yoder. The pen is approximately 144 feet wide and 252 feet long. The side to be removed and replaced is 144 feet long and will require approximately 35 set posts. 42 interior posts will also need to be removed and replaced. The contractor needs to work with WGFD personnel for exact layout of the new pen and sequence of demolition and construction to maintain the integrity of the surrounding pens. The current pen side and top wire will be removed by the contractor prior to installation. All shades, blocks and supports will be removed by WGFD

personnel prior to demolition of the current pen. All materials and fasteners will be provided by the WGFD. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. MDT on Tuesday, October 11, 2022; meet at the Downar Bird Farm 3998 Road 42, Yoder, Wyoming, 82244.
