All elevator contractors interested in participating must be licensed by the Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA) to operate in the Province of Ontario and have experience in mechanical works such as fire alarm panel upgrade, installation of closed circuit television cameras, electrical installations, heating and cooling, water proofing and structural repairs.
