IMRO Radio Maintenance/Repair & Installation The National Park Service (NPS), Intermountain Region (IMR), has a requirement across all its Intermountain Region (IMR) park sites to provide installation, programming support, periodic maintenance, and emergency troubleshooting/repairs, to its Project (P25) narrowband-digital Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems. The contractor shall provide the necessary technical and business resources as required to (1) document the existing Project 25 Land Mobile Radio Systems; (2) troubleshoot and repair Project 25 Land Mobile Radios systems as required; to meet user coverage and option requirements while meeting federal mandates; (3) redesign or modify existing Project 25 Land Mobile Radio Systems to meet user coverage and option requirements while meeting federal mandates; (4) install new Project 25 Land Mobile Radio Systems; (5) develop and write mixed mode (digital/analog) Project 25 radio programming templates that utilize narrowband channels, Advanced Encryption Standard or Data Encryption Standard Output Feedback ) encryption, Over the Air Rekeying, or multiband configurations; (6) program Project 25 Land Mobile Radio Systems that may use multiple types of radios for infrastructure and subscriber units; (7) switch radio systems to new frequencies utilizing the National Telecommunications and Information Administration¿s new Low-In High-Out frequency plan; (8) test Land Mobile Radio Systems to document system coverage and verify that system programming options meet user requirements; (9) determine if upgrade of radio communication backhaul is possible by Radio over Internet Protocol and design and cost the system
