The purpose of this announcement is to provide the DRAFT Solicitation as well as the documents associated with the DRAFT Solicitation (Section J, Attachments) for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Ship & Air Integrated Warfare (SAIW) Division Lifetime Support Engineering (LSE) N00421-24-R-0016 procurement. However, the comments are Industry's opportunity to highlight areas of the DRAFT Solicitation that may need clarity. Industry's review and feedback provided on the solicitation in its entirety is highly desirable and appreciated. Description of Requirement: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Ship and Air Integrated Warfare (SAIW) division is tasked by Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Program Executive Office (PEO) ships and PEO Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) to provide engineering and technical services to support the production, Lifetime Support Engineering (LSE), and In-Service Engineering (ISE) for Radio Communication System (RCS) and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems aboard U.S. Navy surface combatants and at associated shore sites. This procurement will be a full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, Engineering Services, with a small business size standard of $47,000,000. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is J020 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Ship and Marine Equipment. This requirement is a follow-on procurement for N00421-20-D-0004. The Government requests all comments and questions to be submitted by 11:00AM on 4 April 2024.
