RFQ SPE4A8-22-Q-0024. Solicitation is in accordance with FAR 13.5. Procurement of ONE (1) 5-AXIS CNC TOOL GRINDING MACHINE in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 20-30-1204 dated September 28, 2021. The contractor shall provide ONE (1) 5-AXIS CNC TOLL GRINDING MACHINE, shall be new (not a prototype), IUID Tag, Shipping, Rigging, Training Installation and Tooling. Quantity is One (1) each. This solicitation will be solicited as a Full And Open Competition procedures for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract.  None-NSN Item.  FOB at Destination with Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 208a Shall Apply. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 364 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is December 15, 2021.
