related requirements regarding the Town’s Small Cities Program income housing rehabilitation loan program. Firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide the required services should reply with a proposal no later than 4:30 PM local time on March 24, 2020. Proposals received after this deadline will not be considered. As more particularly described in Section V, Proposal Content, the proposal should include information regarding the firm’s history; education and experience of owners and key personnel; the technical expertise of the firm’s current staff; the firm’s experience in connection with providing the required services.
