This is an intended sole source announcement. Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic), Code 22130, intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Rincon Engineering Corporation (cage 34177). This announcement is in accordance with the attached requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received in writing within the request for quote due date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
