ITB22-048 HOMER INERT WASTE CELL OPERATIONS The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for a contractor to perform placing and compaction of inert waste deposited at the Homer Transfer Facility. Contractor will be responsible for providing dozer to perform placing and compaction work. A pre-bid conference will be held at the Homer Transfer Facility on March 29, 2022 at 10:00 AM.
