Painting Supplies needed for the City of Richmond, Public Works Facilities Maintenance Department. The City’s of Richmond’s Public Works Department maintains and operates multiple City facilities. The city is inviting qualified vendors to submit a written request for Proposal (RFP) to supply a variety of paints, stains, thinners, finishes, and / or sundries for use in the care and maintenance of City facilities. The City’s intent is to select one qualified vendor to provide and deliver a variety of paints, stains, thinners, finishes, and sundries for use in the care and maintenance of city facilities. The contract will remain in effect for three years, with a not to exceed amount of $150,000.00 per year. After three years the list may be updated and / or have a possible two-year extension in the amount of $100,000.00 with Department Head approval.
