Acoustic Solutions for Legislative Building

The City is seeking a contractor to provide and install acoustic panels at 700 Main Street. Bids will be received at the office of the Chief Procurement Officer, City Hall, 718 Main Street, Suite 208, Fitchburg, MA until December 28, 2021 at 11:00 am, and will be publicly opened and recorded.  This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, and any resulting contract will be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. The City reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the scope of work and to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder. A bid deposit of at least five percent (5%) of the total project is required.
