ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Project: (RFB2020-16) – Forestry Mulcher with Bite Limiter Rotor System Owner: Barrow County Board of Commissioners Sealed bids will be received by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, Winder, Georgia, for one (1) Forestry Mulcher with Bite Limiter Rotor System per Specifications as required by Barrow County Water & Sewer Department. Bids will be received in the office of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, County Clerk’s Office, at 30 North Broad Street, Winder, Georgia 30680 until 12:00 noon local time, December 12, 2019. Any bids received after said time and date will not be considered by Owner. Bids will be opened in the Main Floor Conference Room at the above address at 2:00 p.m. local time, December 12, 2019. If a bid is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope to the attention of the Owner at the address previously given and also plainly marked as shown above with the applicable RFB number and description.
