The Scope of Services herein includes engineering services to implement drainage improvements throughout the City of Winter Park. Services may include stormwater management analysis, surveys, design work, plan preparations, permitting, construction administration, and others as listed in this scope of services. These services may include, but are not limited to, the
following: 1. Stormwater collection and treatment system design and engineering, including structures, pumps, piping, and the appropriate permitting for each Project. 2. Generation of technical plans and specifications for construction. 3. Construction administration services may include cost estimating, scheduling, bid item tabulation, shop drawing review and approval, contractor requests for information responses, permit certifications, and periodic field inspections. 4. Collection and analysis of flow proportionate stormwater runoff samples. 5. Stormwater and watershed modeling analysis to predict impacts on existing drainage systems and environmental effects. 6. Perform flood and flood reduction studies associated with FEMA Flood Insurance Studies, Letters of Map Change, Flood Hazard Mitigation, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Flood Drainage Reduction Studies. 7. Survey, geotechnical, environmental, and reproduction services as requested and needed for each Project. 8. Assistance with City staff at public meetings that may include developing exhibits for a project. 9. Construction, Engineering, and Inspection Services on projects others may have designed. 10. Site Plan review supplementing City Staff. 11. TMDL water body evaluation, study, and/or BMP implementation effectiveness study/evaluation. 12. Environmental services for wetland evaluation and mitigation. 13. Wetland determination and mitigation. 14. Utility location and mitigation. Based on City needs, the location of the project management team will be evaluated along with other outlined requirements.
