RFP783-23007 Disaster Restoration and Emergency Recovery Services

The University invites you to submit a proposal to provide competitive sealed proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified, reputable and experienced service providers (each, a “Respondent”) for emergency disaster restoration and emergency recovery services from damages resulting from fire, water, wind, smoke, contamination, corrosion and any other natural or manmade disaster or related event (the “Project”).A mandatory pre-submittal meeting will take place on Monday, January 30, 2023 at 10:00AM CT via Zoom. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-submittal meeting will result in disqualification. Prospective respondents must register in advance through the following link and are strongly encouraged to register at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of scheduled pre-submittal meeting.
