including supply, delivery, and installation of new HVAC systems.The successful Bidder (the “Contractor” or the “Vendor”) shall provide HVAC maintenance services to the complete satisfaction of the City. The service shall meet or exceed the specifications included in this document. The information included in this RFP is based on information available with the City at the time of publishing this RFP.Generally, preventative maintenance services are not required on weekends and statutory holidays unless specified.The Contractor’s staff working at all City facilities shall be identifiable with the company logo/uniform and carry a valid photo identity. For Contractor’s staff working at City Hall, Downtown Bus Terminal, and Offices at 414 Locust St., parking is free at designated places in downtown Burlington after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, all day on weekends/holidays, and during the month of December. Parking is free at City facilities located outside of the downtown area.The Contractor shall perform a combination of breakdown and preventative HVAC maintenance services for the facilities outlined in Appendix A, taking into account the specific equipment maintenance prescribed herein, as well as any approved recommendations provided by the Contractor.
