Description of the Requirement: As part of the NRC Facility Modernization Initiative, machining shop operations will require increased precision, size, complexity of workpieces, and increased safety. The National Research Council of Canada (NRC), Saguenay site, needs to purchase a fully enclosed digital vertical milling machine in accordance with the specifications within their SOR which include warranty, parts support, installation, delivery and basic training in French. Level of Security Requirement: Company Minimum Security Level Required Reliability Applicable Trade Agreements: This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to 12 months post-contract award.
