Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market survey, this requirement may
be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT/MARKET RESEARCH IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.PROGRAM BACKGROUNDCECOM SAMD administers and manages FMS cases including generator training for partner nations. CECOM SAMD’s goal is to satisfy requirements for training Saudi Arabia personnel to operate and maintain AMMPS generators.REQUIRED CAPABILITIES                                                       The purpose of this market research/sources sought is to identify interested sources that are certified and able to provide the following training.  Continental U.S. (CONUS) training shall take place at a training facility arranged by the contractor; Outside CONUS (OCONUS) training will take place in Saudi Arabia in a field environment.  For OCONUS training courses, host country will provide four (4) generators, fuel, lubricants, tools, technical manuals, and student protective equipment (PPE) consisting of hearing protection, goggles, gloves and appropriate clothing.  For CONUS training, host country will provide for student travel to, and housing arrangements at, the training location.  All training shall be conducted in English.  English training materials shall be provided to each student.  Students will have an English Comprehension Level (ECL) of 55.One (1) each iteration of CONUS depot level maintenance training with two (2) instructors for 30 KW / 50-60 Hz AMMPS trailer-mounted PP-3105 generators for twenty (20) eight-hour training days for ten (10) students.  Students will possess depot level maintenance experience with similar generators or engines.One (1) each iteration of OCONUS user-level train-the-trainer maintenance training with two (2) instructors for 30 KW / 50-60 Hz AMMPS trailer-mounted PP-3105 generators for ten (10) eight-hour training days for up to twelve (12) students.Two (2) each iterations of OCONUS unit level train-the-trainer maintenance training with two (2) instructors for 5 KW / 50-60 Hz AMMPS MEP-1030A generators for ten (10) eight-hour training days for up to twelve (12) students.Two (2) each iterations of OCONUS operator train-the-trainer training with two (2) instructors for 5 KW /50-60 Hz AMMPS MEP-1030A generators for ten (10) eight-hour training days for up to twelve (12) students.                          Request responses include Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) price and availability (P&A) information for the training.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSAny resulting contract is anticipated to have a security classification level of Unclassified.
