Abatement of Ice & Snow from Public Sidewalks

The City of Hagerstown is seeking sealed proposals for the removal of snow and ice from public sidewalks that remain not cleared after a snow event and violate the City's "Property Maintenance Code". The work location addresses shall be furnished by the City to the contractor for removal of snow and ice and will be "as-needed" City-wide.
