Custom Software Application Maintenance Services

The Indiana Commission for Higher Education (ICHE) aims to notify prospective suppliers about an upcoming solicitation opportunity. ICHE is interested in qualified and experienced suppliers who can provide software maintenance and support services to include but not limited to two mission critical custom applications. The opportunity will not be publicly viewable. It will be posted through the State of Indiana's Managed Services Provider (MSP) platform. The State of Indiana's MSP provides a streamlined and standardized approach for Indiana’s State agencies to procure support for IT projects whose budgets are under $1 million. If not already in the MSP network, prospective suppliers are encouraged to register and enroll with CAI to respond to the upcoming solicitation opportunity. This opportunity will be limited to suppliers that have completed the registration and enrollment process. There is no standard estimate for the time required to complete registration and enrollment, in the

MSP. Therefore, prospective suppliers are encouraged to begin the registration and enrollment process as soon as possible.
