Project Description:consulting services from firms interested in providing assistance in the development, preparation and submission of all documents related to New Haven’s Homeless Needs Assessment, Gap Analysis, strategic plan and any other applicable regulatory documents such as, but not limited to the Allocation Plan, the Analysis of available housing options for people exiting homelessness, analysis of barriers to deeply affordable housing, Citizen Participation Plan, create a substantial amendment to the FY 2021 annual action plan in the eCon Planning Suite and upload the HOME-ARP allocation plan
