This acquisition will result in a design-build contract to construct a new one story, 775 square foot permanent Hazardous Waste Operations Administration Facility to replace the current facility, which is a temporary, single wide trailer. The construction work includes site preparation and installation of building closure including concrete foundations with slab, roofing system, and building structure. Interior work includes construction of interior partitions, finishes from floor to ceiling, heating and cooling services, electrical power distribution and controls, lighting, plumbing including fixtures, and telecommunications distribution system.
