AMENDED: Non-CommercialIntent Sole Source. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), Arizona, intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-Commerical contract on a sole source basis with Danbury Mission Technologies, LLC 100 Wooster Heights Road, Danbury, CT 06810, United States. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) has a requirement to procure a quantity of (2) two Laser Diode Pulsers Y14-10012. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition FAC 2022-07, effective 10 August 2022. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) Code is 334413 with a standard size of 1,250 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
