Mystery Shop Services Project Description :Mystery Shop Services - OLG is seeking proposals to select a service provider to manage OLG’s Mystery Shop Program to monitor Lottery Retailer compliance to the ID25 Policy and Ticket Validation Policy. OLG’s Mystery Shop Program will be coordinated by the service provider’s assigned Program Manager and will oversee all program activities. The Mystery Shopper shall be recruited by the service provider to conduct the Mystery Shops required at Retailer locations for both the Retailer Validation and ID25 Policy, as required by OLG’s Mystery Shop
