Utility Services Building 1B Renovations

The City of Boca Raton, Florida is accepting sealed bids for the above.
The City of Boca Raton intends to renovate its existing Building 1B located at the Utility Services Complex at 1401 Glades Road, Boca Raton, FL 33431. The Work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for converting the interior of Building 1B to a fully functional field operations and I.T. Building. Improvements include the addition of a new fire prevention system, fire escapes, a pad-mounted electrical transformer with new power feed as well as roof and structural rehabilitations to meet current hurricane loading requirements. Temporary power is required for offices during construction. Maintenance of operation and coordination with City staff is required. All Work shall comply with Contract Documents and permit conditions, and include all ancillary components, testing and restoration work as necessary for a complete building renovation.

The estimated

budget for this bid is $2,100,000.00
