Minimum 22 HP, 1000 lb. capacity cargo box (Minimum 12" deep - minimum dimensions 3.5 ft (W) x 4 ft (L). One (1) ton towing capacity. Independent front and rear suspension for use on uneven terrain. 4-wheel drive (full-time or on-demand). Fuel capacity (minimum 10 gallons) 4-cycle diesel engine with a minimum top speed of 25mph. Power-steering. Enclosed cab with heat and air conditioning. Drive train must include at a minimum (Lo, High, reverse) with standard Park/Neutral. Product must meet current environmental standards.
