This will be a competitive procurement issued IAW FAR Part 15 with a 12 month base period and two twelve month option periods. The anticipated solicitation issuance date will be on or about 01 August 2017.   The solicitation will be posted via FBO.gov; however vendors must also register for access to GSA's IT Solution Shop (ITSS)to submit the proposal information via ITSS.  Vendors may self register at https://portal.fas.gsa.gov or contact the helpdesk at 877-472-4877 for assisance.BackgroundU.S. Department of Defense (DoD) personnel are required to fly Air Force Global Strike Command Mission (to include Aerial Interdiction) Training in a Bell 212 UH-1N aircraft in support of Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) field security missions.  Additionally, Air Advisor Training will utilize the Limited Aerial Fires syllabus to meet Air Advisor Combat Mission Training requirements.    AETC/A3QF will be the office of primary
responsibility (OPR) up to the award of the contract and then the OPR will transition to AFGSC/A3T for execution of the contract. ObjectivesTo acquire contractor support for Air Force Global Strike Command Mission Training, to include the following: Task 1:  Courseware/Curriculum for AGFSC Mission TrainingTask 2:  Aircrew Training/DeploymentScopeThe scope of this requirement is to acquire contractor support for AFGSC Mission Training (to include Mission Familiarization and Assault Support portions of the AFGSC Local Mission Training syllabus), the AFGSC Aerial Interdiction and AETC Air Advisor Training utilizing the AFGSC Limited Aerial Fires syllabus with gunnery academics included. To instruct flight and ground for the above mentioned training programs which shall be in accordance (IAW) with this PWS to include United State Air Force (USAF) curriculum requirements outlined in the applicable syllabi. Pilots and Flight Engineers (FEs) shall be able to safely and effectively fly and implement UH-1N TTPs as they relate to AFGSC mission sets IAW syllabi requirements. In addition, the contractor shall provide all services necessary to ensure United States Government (USG) aircrew are able to perform the duties as validated by Certificate of Training.
