Bidders are advised to read the instructions below. Bidders register via the County's online bidding system prior to viewing or downloading this solicitation. Bidder questions pertaining to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) must be submitted through County's online bidding system. Any County response relevant to this IFB other than through or approved by OC Public
Works/Procurement is unauthorized and invalid. Bidders must fill out and submit with bid the Company Profile, Bidder Certification, References, OCLSB DBVE (if applicable) forms to be deemed responsive. Effective January 1, 2020, County of Orange Board of Supervisors adopted the OCLSB Preference policy. Implementation of the OCLSB Preference policy supports local businesses, the local economy and the development of the County’s tax base. Effective January 1, 2021, County of Orange Board of Supervisors adopted the DVBE Preference policy. The DVBE Preference policy supports local business opportunity, economy and the development of the County’s tax base, and in addition recognizes the service and sacrifice given by the men and women of our Armed Forces. Bidders are advised to carefully read the County Terms and Conditions, Insurance Requirements, and the Model Contract including Attachment A (Scope of Work) and Attachment B (Payment/Compensation), prior to submitting a bid. Awarded Bidder must provide all insurance requirements within seven (7) days of recommendation of award, but prior to official contract award. Bidder’s price(s) shall include all fees. No additional compensation will be allowed. Bidder will be required to sign a contract upon award. If awarded bidder is a corporation, signatures will be provided in accordance with the corporations’ code (see Signature Page of Model Contract.)
