Bid Title:Accreditation Consultation Category:Professional ServicesStatus:Open Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified individuals or agencies to provide guidance and support to outline processes, steps and activities to accomplish the task of preparing for Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) accreditation. This successful proposer will work closely with internal staff to guide activities and general direction on activities and milestones toward accreditation. The successful proposer will also conduct activities supportive to the project completion, such as structure of activities, meetings, and public presentations. Work contracted under this RFP will not exceed $75,000. Special Requirements: All applicants must be familiar with the PHAB guidelines and the steps to accreditation. Applicants should be familiar with initial accreditation and the process of pathways to recognition. Applicants should also be familiar with the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) and the associated frameworks for accreditation.
