Event T-Shirts

The intent of this bid is to secure the cost for Event T-shirts with heat transfer or silkscreened designs and/or lettering. In order to be responsive, vendor must have a storefront location within 30 miles of Irving City Hall, 825 W. Irving Blvd., Irving, TX 75060. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The questions will be shared with the department after the end of the cut-off date/time and will be posted as soon as they are received from the department. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
